Building repair recommendations

We will identify and specify repair solutions to address building fabric and services issues.

Disabled access surveys and adaptations

Part of the design process will involve assessing accessibility needs and integrating universal design solutions to meet both regulatory requirements and those of the people using the space.

Fire safety surveys and alterations

As part of the design process, we will conduct fire safety assessments and design fire compliant upgrades, to enhance occupant protection and regulatory adherence.

Compliance and certification

We will ensure that that the design meets statutory and industry standards, supporting certification and regulatory approvals.

Renovation, refurbishment, retrofit
